Instructions
- Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap, twisting the ends.
- Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for several hours or overnight to set.
- Slice the pinwheels into pieces and arrange them flat on a serving plate.
