- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries
- ¾ ounce agave syrup
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1½ ounces tequila blanco
- 1 ounce lime juice
- lime slices, fresh raspberries and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine sugar and salt on a small plate. Dip the rim of a glass in water, then coat it with the sugar-salt mix.
- Set the glass aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle fresh raspberries with agave syrup.
- Add ice, triple sec, tequila, and lime juice to the shaker. Seal and shake thoroughly.
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Use a fine mesh sieve for a smoother drink, if desired.
- Garnish with lime slices, raspberries, and mint. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more agave syrup if desired.
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the tequila and triple sec and replace with soda water.
