Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of the Crock-Pot.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes on the bottom of the crock pot, then add cheese, onion, and ham, mixing well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potato mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 4 hours until the potatoes are fork tender, or on LOW for 8-10 hours.
