- 1–1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1–1/2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, honey, olive oil, water, rice vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and cayenne (if using) in a small blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Refrigerate the dressing for a while to allow the flavors to blend.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the dressing chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper based on your heat preference.
