- 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, slightly thawed
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups (298 g) frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
Instructions
- Allow the lemonade concentrate to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes if too firm, or microwave for 20–30 seconds until soft enough to scoop.
- Combine the lemonade concentrate, ice cream, frozen strawberries, and strawberry jam in a blender.
- Blend the mixture on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of milk or water.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker shake, use less milk or water when blending.
You can garnish with fresh strawberries or whipped cream for an extra touch.
