Instructions

- Aim for a spreadable consistency, as this butter is meant for crackers and not as a dip.
Notes
For a stronger radish flavor, use closer to ¾ cup of grated radishes.
This butter can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
Serve with a variety of crackers or crostini for a delicious appetizer.
