  • 15 ounces (1 can) chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Drain and dry the chickpeas using a kitchen towel or paper towel, and place them in a small bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are spaced out.
