- 2 3/4 cups All-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup Brown sugar, packed (light or dark)
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 Large egg, room temperature
- 1 Egg yolk, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Molasses (preferably Grandma's)
- White granulated sugar, for rolling cookie dough
- 16 Regular Reese's peanut butter cups
- 8 oz White chocolate bars, melted (Lindt recommended)
- Snowman sprinkle pack
Instructions
- Sift together dry ingredients and set aside.
- Whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine dry and wet mixtures until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
- Shape cookie dough into balls and roll in sugar.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Melt white chocolate and prepare for topping.
- Assemble cookies with peanut butter cups and drizzle chocolate.
- Decorate with sprinkles and allow to set.
Notes
Ensure butter is cooled before mixing to keep dough firm.
Let cookies cool completely before decorating for the best results.
