Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed (light or dark)
  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Large egg, room temperature
  • 1 Egg yolk, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Molasses (preferably Grandma's)
  • White granulated sugar, for rolling cookie dough
  • 16 Regular Reese's peanut butter cups
  • 8 oz White chocolate bars, melted (Lindt recommended)
  • Snowman sprinkle pack

Instructions

  • Sift together dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Combine dry and wet mixtures until just combined.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
  • Shape cookie dough into balls and roll in sugar.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Melt white chocolate and prepare for topping.
  • Assemble cookies with peanut butter cups and drizzle chocolate.
  • Decorate with sprinkles and allow to set.

Notes

Ensure butter is cooled before mixing to keep dough firm.
