  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil, coating with non-stick spray.
  • Arrange saltine crackers flat on the baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan, combine butter, granulated sugar, and dark brown sugar, then bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 3 minutes, aiming for a temperature of 275°F to 280°F.
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and pour over crackers evenly.
  • Bake for 5 minutes until bubbling.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot toffee and let melt for 5 minutes.
  • Spread melted chocolate and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  • Add toppings, refrigerate for 30 minutes until set, then break into pieces.
