- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- If opting for the crispy version, toss the shrimp with cornstarch until they are evenly coated.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the shrimp in the salt and garlic for about 15 minutes before cooking.
