Instructions
- Let the cream cheese reach room temperature for easier blending.
- Combine softened cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and raspberries in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and has a mousse-like texture, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Spoon the mixture into bowls or cups and refrigerate until chilled; note that it thickens as it cools.
- Serve the raspberry mousse for a refreshing brunch or dessert!
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for best results.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by using sugar-free alternatives.
Chill the mousse for at least an hour for the best texture.
