- 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) heavy cream
- 1/3 cup (100 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (82 g) pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the mixture into a smaller bowl for serving.
- Whip the foam using a hand mixer on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Pour cold brew coffee into a glass and sweeten if desired.
- Spoon the whipped Pumpkin Cold Foam over the coffee and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for better whipping results.
Adjust pumpkin pie spice to your preference.
