Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (100 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (82 g) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the mixture into a smaller bowl for serving.
  • Whip the foam using a hand mixer on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Pour cold brew coffee into a glass and sweeten if desired.
  • Spoon the whipped Pumpkin Cold Foam over the coffee and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Notes
