Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter or margarine, (melted)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ⅓ cup wheat bran
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 cups large flake oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9×13" pan lined with parchment or foil and greased with non-stick spray.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 25 minutes or until the top is a light golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes
