  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter protein powder (12 scoops) whey or plant‑based
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice to taste, if needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoons milk of choice optional to loosen mixture, add more if needed
  • 2 tablespoons reserved graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • optional: 1 tablespoon warmed peanut butter for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing for overhang on the long sides.
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, peanut butter, vanilla, pinch of salt, and sweetener if desired.
  3. Set aside 1–2 tablespoons of the crust mixture for topping later.
  4. Press the remaining mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the lined pan.
  5. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
