  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 48 meatballs 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef 85/15
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese optional
  • 1/2 cup plain dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line two rimmed baking sheets with foil.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef, eggs, milk, parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into even-sized balls using a cookie scoop or your hands and arrange them on the prepared baking sheets, keeping them close but not touching.
  4. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
  5. Serve them hot with your favorite sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or fresh herbs to the mix.
If you prefer, substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
These meatballs freeze well; store them in an airtight container for up to three months.
