Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong coffee made ahead of time and very cold
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • optional garnish whipped cream, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place chilled coffee, milk, ice, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips into the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, stirring once or twice to ensure the chocolate chips are incorporated.
  3. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate sauce on the inside of each serving glass.
  4. Pour the blended drink into serving glasses and garnish as desired.

Notes

Use cold coffee for the best flavor and texture.
Feel free to adjust the amount of chocolate syrup to suit your taste.
Add whipped cream and mini chocolate chips on top for a more indulgent treat.
