  • 4 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 5 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 23 jalapeños sliced
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 450ºF for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, and smoked paprika; stir until well mixed.
  3. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Monterey jack cheeses over the pizza, then add crumbled bacon and sliced jalapeños.
  6. Top the pizza with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
