- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 12–16 oz pizza dough
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
- 5 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2–3 jalapeños sliced
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 450ºF for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, and smoked paprika; stir until well mixed.
- Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Monterey jack cheeses over the pizza, then add crumbled bacon and sliced jalapeños.
- Top the pizza with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the number of jalapeños based on your heat preference.
For a crispier crust, use a pizza stone as recommended.
