  • ½ cup (120 g) chicken broth
  • ¼ cup (62 g) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 boneless pork loin (3 pounds)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix honey, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  • Dry and season the pork loin with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear the pork loin in a hot skillet with olive oil until golden brown on all sides.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce over the pork loin and transfer to a preheated oven.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Let the pork rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
