- ½ cup (120 g) chicken broth
- ¼ cup (62 g) Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 medium lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 boneless pork loin (3 pounds)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Mix honey, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Dry and season the pork loin with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the pork loin in a hot skillet with olive oil until golden brown on all sides.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the pork loin and transfer to a preheated oven.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the pork rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
