- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar free ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dill relish or pickles chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cup leaf lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 2 cups cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup baby pickles pickle sliced
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef along with all seasonings.
- Cook for about 8 minutes, breaking up the beef with a spatula and mixing the spices as it browns. Set aside when done.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the burger sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- Distribute the chopped lettuce and sliced cucumber equally among four bowls, adding cherry tomatoes and red onions on top.
- Spoon the cooked beef evenly over each bowl.
- Drizzle generously with the creamy burger sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite vegetables or additional sauces.
For a low-carb option, use lettuce wraps instead of the bowl setup.
