Ingredients

- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 20 oz can pineapple tidbits with 3-4 tablespoons juice reserved
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced cooked bacon
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced green onions
- Crackers tortilla chips, pretzels, cut veggies or bread slices for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl or serving bowl, blend together the cream cheese, sour cream, and reserved pineapple juice until well mixed and creamy.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, reserving some for garnishing the top of the dip, if desired.
- Serve immediately with crackers or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste.
For an extra touch, add diced jalapenos for a spicy kick.
