- 20 oz pineapple rings juice reserved
- 2 tablespoons juice from pineapple rings

- ¼ cup light brown sugar packed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cut each ham steak in half and arrange them on the lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, dijon mustard, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Drizzle the mixture over the ham steaks and place the pineapple slices on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the ham steaks are warmed through and the glaze has caramelized.

Notes
