- 1 package cream cheese softened, 8oz/250g package
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 10 slices deli ham
- 10 whole dill pickles patted dry
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and black pepper with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Lay a slice of ham flat on a cutting board and spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Place a pickle at one end of the ham and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining ham and pickles.
- Wrap the rolls tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces just before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, chill the rolls for at least 1 hour before serving.
You can substitute turkey or roast beef for the ham if preferred.
Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the cream cheese mixture for an extra kick.
