- 1 to 1 ½ lbs. salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
- olive oil
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ cup kosher salt
- ¼ cup dried parsley
- ¼ cup dried minced onion
- ¼ cup dried basil
Instructions
- Combine all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Store the seasoning mix in an airtight container, where it will last for up to 6 months.
- Using about ¼ teaspoon, sprinkle the seasoning on each piece of salmon before grilling.
Notes
Fresh herbs can be substituted for dried herbs if preferred.
Make sure to oil the grill to prevent sticking.
Adjust seasoning based on personal taste preference.
