Ingredients
Scale
- 3 pounds chicken wings party style
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl or resealable gallon-sized bag.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours for best results.
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.
- Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill. Cook for 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally to avoid burning.
- Remove the wings from the grill. Garnish with more chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
If time allows, marinate the wings overnight for a deeper flavor.
Adjust the seasonings to your taste; feel free to add more spices or herbs if desired.
