- 3 oz Crème de Cocoa
- 1 oz whipped cream or vanilla vodka
- 1 cup crushed ice

- Shaved chocolate (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare serving glasses by dipping rims in ice cream, then in chocolate syrup and grated chocolate.
- In a blender, combine ice cream, Crème de Menthe, Crème de Cocoa, whipped cream (or vodka), and crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into prepared glasses.
- Garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and mint sprigs.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate liqueurs for enhanced flavor.
Soften ice cream slightly for easier blending.
Adjust crushed ice for desired thickness.
