- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1 1-pound loaf french bread
- 6 oz diced ham
- 8 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz shredded parmesan cheese
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and prepare a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Mix the pizza sauce and bbq sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce mixture evenly on each half of the bread.
- Layer the ham, bacon, and pineapple over each half, then add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and everything is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
