  • 2 cups pastel mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (284ml can, about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • ½ cup mini chocolate eggs, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry pudding mix and crushed pineapple along with its juice until well mixed. The mixture will thicken as the pudding mix is incorporated.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, and halved cherries. Stir gently to ensure everything is combined.
  4. Fold in the roughly chopped mini chocolate eggs.
  5. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to thicken and the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, give it a gentle stir.
