- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- For a swirl effect, transfer the blended mixture to a piping bag fitted with a 1M or star tip and pipe it into a glass.
- To create a Dole Whip Float, pour the blended mixture into a tall glass, add 2 ounces of pineapple juice on top, and garnish with a cherry.
- For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum and an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice. Serve garnished with a cherry.
Notes
For a thicker texture, use less pineapple juice.
Feel free to experiment with different flavors of ice cream.
