- 18 Rhodes rolls , thawed for 20 minutes, then cut into quarters
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons salted butter , melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup heavy cream , more if desired
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3–4 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×9 square baking pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a ziptop bag, mix together 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Add the cut-up roll dough and gently shake until the dough is well coated.
- Pour the coated dough into the prepared baking pan.
Notes
Feel free to add nuts or raisins for extra flavor and texture.
Adjust the amount of heavy cream in the glaze for your desired consistency.
