Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lime cut into wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, and honey to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken to the marinade, cover it, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Place the marinated chicken into a greased 9×13 baking dish and put it in the preheated oven.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
