- 10.75 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- ½ cup milk
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese slices (1 package)
- 2 cups dry stuffing mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish and set it aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the milk and cream of chicken soup until well mixed.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Layer the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the chicken and sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the cheese. Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the chicken is fully cooked and the stuffing is golden brown.
Notes
For added flavor, consider seasoning the chicken with your favorite herbs before adding the soup mixture.
If you prefer, you can use other types of cheese or add vegetables for more variety.
