  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 cups colby cheese shredded
  • 2 cups cooked ham cubed
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water and cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Whisk in the flour, salt, and pepper, cooking until smooth.
  5. Gradually stir in the milk, bringing the mixture to a boil for 1 minute.
  6. Add the yellow mustard and Colby cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in the cubed ham and cooked pasta. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
