- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- ½ cup croutons
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ tablespoon mustard
- ½ tablespoon pickle juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and allow it to cool slightly.
- Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide the chopped lettuce between two bowls, then top with the cooked ground beef, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced red onion, and croutons.
- Drizzle the burger sauce dressing over the salads and toss lightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for a healthier option.
