- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning hamburger seasoning
- 13.8 oz pizza dough
- 1 cup colby cheese freshly grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese freshly grated
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large skillet, sauté the diced onions with a drizzle of olive oil till they're soft.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, and combine with ½ cup of colby cheese and ½ cup of mozzarella cheese until well mixed.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the hamburger mixture evenly over the pizza dough, then sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
- Roll up the pizza dough from the long side and pinch to seal the edges, ensuring the seal is facing down on the baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter over the crust, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite hamburger toppings and sauces.
