  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound cooked rotini pasta rinsed with cold water and drained
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 pound mozzarella pearls
  • ½ cup torn fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, pesto, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the rotini and toss in the dressing.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Right before serving, stir in the basil.

Notes
