- 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 jar (8 ounces) pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese , grated
- ½ cup quartered pepperoni , plus more for top, if desired
Instructions
- Grease a 9×9 square baking dish and preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the pizza sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir to mix well. Add the cut biscuits, 1 cup mozzarella, and ½ cup quartered pepperoni. Stir until all biscuits are coated well, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Top the mixture with the remaining mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan, and any extra pepperoni or fresh herbs, if desired.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling, with a light brown color.
Notes
Feel free to customize toppings with your favorite pizza ingredients.
If you like it spicy, add some red pepper flakes to the sauce mixture.
Allow the Bubble Pizza to cool for a few minutes before serving; it will be very hot!
