- ½ cup fresh shelling peas or frozen peas

- 1 scallion, thinly sliced, garnish
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 10 cracks fresh black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the crumbled bacon, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, and red onion in a large bowl and set aside.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a separate small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine everything well.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to customize the salad by adding nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
