  • 4 ounces white rum
  • Crushed ice
  • Sparkling water (or seltzer or club soda)

Instructions

  • Layer lime wedges, mint leaves, and blueberries in two glasses.
  • Muddle the mixture with simple syrup or sugar for about 30 seconds.
  • Add freshly squeezed lime juice and white rum to each glass.
