Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cook diced bacon in a skillet until crisp, then drain on paper towels.
- Combine shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in the skillet and heat until simmering.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on the baking sheet.
- Spoon BBQ chicken mixture over the chips, then top with bacon, cheeses, and red onion.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro and jalapeños, and serve with sour cream.
