Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder aluminum free
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Dipping sauce ranch, BBQ, blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set a baking rack on top of the foil.
  4. Pat the chicken wings dry using a paper towel. Place the wings in a resealable plastic bag or bowl.
  5. Add the olive oil to the wings and toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the wings and shake to coat evenly.
  7. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the lined baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and continue to bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, increase the baking time slightly or use a convection oven.
