- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder aluminum free
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Dipping sauce ranch, BBQ, blue cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set a baking rack on top of the foil.
- Pat the chicken wings dry using a paper towel. Place the wings in a resealable plastic bag or bowl.
- Add the olive oil to the wings and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the wings and shake to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the lined baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and continue to bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, increase the baking time slightly or use a convection oven.
