- 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter, for drizzling or spraying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Prepare three bowls: one with milk, another with beaten eggs, and the last with flour and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and press into the panko until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated chops on the baking sheet and lightly drizzle or spray them with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Allow the pork chops to rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in your favorite seasoning before breading.
Experiment with different spices in the breadcrumb mixture to suit your taste.
