Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large potatoes
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
- Place 2 knives or chopsticks flat on either side of each potato. Cut thin slices every 3 to 4mm, stopping when the knife hits the utensils to keep the potato intact.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the garlic herb butter.
- Coat the tops of the potatoes with the butter mixture using a pastry brush, gently working it into each slice. Save any leftover butter for later.
- Air fry the potatoes at 375°F for 10 minutes. Remove and brush any remaining butter mixture over the tops, or melt an additional tablespoon of butter if needed.
- Return the potatoes to the air fryer. Cook for another 15 minutes until tender and golden.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
Notes
Adjust the number of garlic cloves based on your taste preference.
Ensure slices in potatoes are even for uniform cooking.
Use a high-quality unsalted butter to enhance flavor.
