Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs with seasoning blend.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Arrange chicken thighs in air fryer, smooth side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes until reach 165°F.
Notes
Dry chicken well for crispy skin.
