  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Grate zucchini and drain excess moisture.
  • Mix grated zucchini with eggs, parmesan, black pepper, onion powder, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
  • Press zucchini mixture into a greased baking pan and pre-bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft.
  • Add garlic and ground turkey; cook until browned.
  • Stir in marinara sauce and remaining Italian seasoning.
  • Spread the turkey mixture over the baked zucchini crust.
