Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse and trim the cauliflower to sit flat.
  • Combine butter, olive oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Rub the garlic butter mixture over the cauliflower.
  • Add water to the pan and cover with foil. Roast for 35 minutes.
  • Remove foil and roast for an additional 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
