Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Mix the crust ingredients until crumbly and press into the pan.
- Bake crust for 12-14 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk together water, eggs, and lemon filling mix, then fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour lemon filling over baked crust and sprinkle raspberries on top.
- Bake for an additional 24-26 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool bars in the pan for an hour, then refrigerate to set.
Notes
Using fresh raspberries enhances flavor and texture.
For a stronger lemon taste, consider adding lemon zest.
Chill overnight for firmer bars, making them easier to cut.
