Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups honey nut Cheerios
  • 2 cups small pretzels
  • 2 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 bag holiday M&Ms plain chocolate candy (red & green)
  • 1 bag holiday M&Ms peanut chocolate candies
  • 2 bags white chocolate chips or melting wafers

Instructions

  • Combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, honey nut Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and M&Ms in a large bowl.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and mix gently to coat evenly.
  • Spread the mixture onto waxed paper in an even layer to set.
  • Let it harden for 30 minutes to an hour or refrigerate for quicker setting.
  • Once hardened, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Feel free to use different cereals for customization.
Add vegetable oil to melted chocolate if it seizes.
Make sure the chocolate cools completely for proper hardening.
