  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups (219 g) all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  • Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a double boiler over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla until pale and smooth.
  • Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
  • Fold in the flour and salt carefully until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 29-33 minutes.
  • Cool completely in the pan, then cut into squares.
