Instructions
- Rim the glasses with lime juice and coarse salt.
- Blend frozen watermelon, honey, lime juice, and mint until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or lime juice if needed.
- Add ice to the blender and blend until frothy and smooth.
- Pour slushie into prepared glasses and garnish with watermelon balls and lime wedges.
